Protein bowls

Quinoa
Lightly steamed kale
Chicken chopped (preferably sous vide 150 for 1 hour)
Halved cherry or grape tomatoes
Diced mango
Diced avocado
Black beans
Sautéed onions
Sautéed mushrooms
Sautéed peppers

Pile bowls with the ingredients you want. Top with Cilantro-Lime Dressing.
