1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1 c apple cider
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and boil over medium heat until clear and slightly thickened.
Yield: ~ 1 cup syrup
Time to make: 5-10 minutes
