Lime & Thyme Rice

2 c water
1 T salted butter
½ salt
¼ t thyme
1 T lime juice
½ T chicken bouillon
1 c rice

Bring water and all seasonings, etc. to boil. Add rice, cover & simmer 15 min. Turn off heat and keep covered at least 5 more min before serving. Perfect side dish for my Chicken Strips.

Yields: ~4 servings

Time to make: ~30 minutes
