4+ c whole wheat flour
2 c water
2 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
3 eggs
4 Tbsp butter, softened
1 c gluten flour
2 tsp salt
Mix whole wheat flour, water, yeast, and sugar for 1 minute in food processor. Add eggs, butter, gluten flour, and salt, and process for 1 more minute. Add up to 1 cup more of whole wheat flour as needed. Shape into 3 loaves and allow to raise for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake loaves for 30 minutes.
Time to make: ~45 minutes
