2 c flour
1/2 c warm water
1/8 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
(if it’s for sweets, cut some of the salt and add a little sugar)
Mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Form into 8 balls (about the size of golf balls), then roll out very thin. Fry slightly in a hot pan, then serve immediately.
