Top Crust Apple Pie

8 large apples
1 c sugar
4 Tbsp lemon + orange juice
1 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c cold butter, diced into small chunks

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Peel, core, and slice apples. Toss with sugar and juices, then spread in a 9×11″ baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30 minutes.
