Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 c flour
3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 tsp nutmeg
3 c sugar
2/3 c water
5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c pumpkin
1 c oil or plain yogurt

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and nutmeg. Combine wet ingredients separately, then add to dry and gently blend. Bake in greased and floured bread pans for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Yield: makes 2 large loaves
