Version I
Blend 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 8 oz pkg cream cheese in blender. Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Version II
Mix 1 c cool whip with 3 oz cream cheese, 1/2 c powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Spoon either mixture into graham cracker crust and bake.
