2 c scalded milk
1 c cold water
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp yeast
9+ c flour
2 eggs
Add butter, salt, and sugar and water to scalded milk, then add yeast. After yeast is working, add eggs and beat in 2 c flour. Add remaining flour and knead for 10 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape dough into 3 loaves. Bake for about 20 minutes.
