Lemon Whip

Definitely a Groo family favorite!

1 can evaporated milk
~2 dozen graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c melted butter
1 small pkg lemon jello
2/3 c boiling water
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c lemon juice (3-4 lemons)

Several hours in advance, pour evaporated milk into a bowl and place in freezer until it becomes an icy mush.

Carefully dissolve jello & sugar in boiling water & lemon juice. Refrigerate until almost set. Combine butter & crushed graham crackers. Pat into a 9×13″ pan and chill.

Whip icy milk until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in jello mixture and spoon into crust. Sprinkle crushed graham cracker on top if desired.
