Easy Artichoke Dip

1/3 cup diced roasted red peppers (from bottle)
1 can artichoke hearts (diced)
1 brick of cream cheese
2-3 cups mozzarella cheese

Combine in large ziploc bag and mix by squishing 🙂

Put dip into oven safe dish and bake at 350°F until the top is golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.

Time to make: ~30 minutes
