32 oz canned black beans (drained & rinsed)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Yield: 8 1/2 cup servings
Time to make: ~30 minutes
