Pulled Beef or Pork Sandwiches

~2 lb of the cheapest roast beef you can find (usually chuck), or boneless pork loin roast, trimmed of fat
salt & pepper to taste
~2 C BBQ sauce
rolls or really good sandwich bread

Place roast in crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. If a large amount of liquid has collected in pot after 8 hours, you may want to remove some or all of it, depending on how drippy you like your sandwiches. Use two forks to shred the meat, then stir in BBQ sauce. Serve on warmed rolls with mayonnaise and extra sauce, if desired.

Time to make: 8 – 10 hr
