This recipe is similar to “Dutch Babies”, except that it cooks up a little thicker and more dense.
2 Tbsp butter
2 c milk
4 eggs
2 c flour
pinch of salt
Preaheat oven to 425°F.
Place a tablespoon of butter in each of 2 pie plates, and place them in the oven as it warms so the butter melts. Briefly mix remaining ingredients in the blender. When oven is hot and butter is melted, pour half of the batter in each pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
