1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Onion, diced
4 medium Potatoes, diced
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
Salt, Pepper
Garlic
Oregano
Hawaiian Hot Pepper
Brown the beef with the onion. Add the potatoes and the diced tomatoes.
Add the spices. Mix everything together. Put the lid on the pot/skillet and
stew it, mixing it every few minutes so it doesn’t burn, until the potatoes
are tender.
Serve over rice (optional) with cheese and sour cream
